Following new guidelines released by the British Chiropractic Association (BCA), we thought we should update you on the current situation regarding chiropractic care, and how we intend to operate when we are certain that it is as safe as possible to re-open.
Whilst we have been told not to hold routine appointments for now due to social distancing /safety reasons, we are still available to give advice in an emergency. Please contact the clinic on 07395 571 403 to talk to a chiropractor or leave a message.
Alternatively email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you are experiencing pain, one of our clinic’s chiropractors can either telephone or do a video consultation. This will enable us to assess your symptoms and give you appropriate advice and exercises, to help you until we can see you in clinic.
Unfortunately, following government and professional guidance, a face-face appointment is not offered at this time. Health and safety of our patients and staff is always our top priority. We will advise as and when we get updated information.
Remote appointments will need to be booked and paid for in advance via telephone and will cost £40 for initial consultation, (this includes advice on the management of the condition, appropriate exercises and/or stretches, and you should allow a minimum of 20 minutes) and £25 for follow up.
You will be sent a text message link to pay via your smart phone in advance of your appointment. If you do not have a smart phone, we can make alternative arrangements for payment.
In the short term, with reassurance, advice and care, most problems should be alleviated until we reopen.
