We are very excited to announce that we able to offer chiropractic care during pregnancy and massage which is especially targeted for pregnant women, as they go through major structural, physiological, and psychological changes during pregnancy.
A lot of women experience pregnancy-related low back pain and pelvic girdle pain, and this pain may increase as the pregnancy progresses. Chiropractic care during pregnancy is a safe, effective, and drug-free way to manage these aches and pains.
Our hands-on approach includes gentle manual adjustments, mobilisation, and massage. We can show you which stretches, and exercises would be beneficial during prenatal and post- natal.

Physical activity throughout pregnancy promotes maternal, fetal, and neonatal health. All women experiencing a healthy pregnancy should engage in physical activity. Consider other components of a healthy lifestyle including nutrition, sleep, and avoiding smoking, alcohol and illicit drugs.
